Our 2024 dinner and auction is approaching, and it is the generosity of our community that determines its success.

Funds raised at our 2022 auction used on:

  • $30,000 to fund new playground
  • $15,000 directly to teachers and staff: $3,700 to new library books, $1,300 to tools & equipment to facilities staff and $800 to each classroom teacher
  • $7,600 to new bathroom stalls partitions
  • $3,200 to middle school social studies curriculum and $1,800 to religion curriculum
  • $3,000 to athletics for volleyball uniforms, nets and equipment
  • $40,000 to technology: replaced SMARTboards, projectors and Chromebooks; purchased new high-end laptop with music software program, robotics kits

We invite you to showcase your business with a donation to our Grace Gala dinner and auction on
April 19, 2024, at Milwaukee Marriott West. We are seeking any support that you or your business might
provide to make this event a success. Here’s how you can help:

● Pray for this event and our ministry as a whole
● Become a sponsor
● Donate a quality item(s) or service(s) by April 1
● Show your support through a cash donation
● Place an ad in the event program by March 15

Grace Lutheran is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Your donation is tax
deductible in accordance with applicable law. Should you require a committee member to pick up a
donation, please note this on the form.
